8.1 PERSONAL DATA

8.1.3 Purpose of processing
The User accepts that the purpose of the User’s personal data collected from him and processed by the Company is to enable the Company to carry out commercial customer management and customer canvassing in accordance with the CNDP declaration no. pending and in particular:

8.2 USER’S RIGHT TO OBJECT, ACCESS, RECTIFY AND DELETE DATA
8.2.1 Right of opposition, access, rectification and deletion
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data concerning individuals, the User may, at any time, :
- object to the processing of his/her personal data in connection with the Services provided by the Company;
- oppose the communication of personal data to third parties;
- access all personal data processed as part of the Services provided by the Company;
- rectify, update and delete personal data processed as part of the Services provided by the Company.

8.2.2 How the User may exercise his/her rights.
To exercise these rights, the User simply needs to send an e-mail to droits@locali.com, providing proof of identity (full name, e-mail address and a copy of proof of identity) – in accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 09-08 – or a letter to the Company, at the address given in article 1.2 of this Charter.
8.3 SECURITY, ARCHIVING AND FOREIGN TRANSFER OF USER PERSONAL DATA
The Company collects and processes the User’s personal data with the utmost confidentiality, and in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 09-08 relating to the protection of personal data with regard to individuals. The Company undertakes to take all reasonable measures necessary to secure and protect the personal data of Users of its Website and Services, collected and processed by it.
This data, for purely technical reasons and to guarantee the best possible service to the User, is stored on the Company’s servers located in Spain.
For the purposes of computer security, the User accepts that his/her personal data may be stored and transferred to Spain in accordance with the CNDP authorization granted under number: pending.
All the User’s personal data are electronically archived by the Company for the duration of the User’s registration on the Website and are deleted once the User’s registration has been terminated.
8.4 SHELF LIFE
Personal data is kept for a reasonable period of time proportionate to the purposes of customer management and IT service management:
– Customer management data: maximum three (3) years from the date of collection.
– Data collected by cookies: one (1) month maximum from the date of collection.
– Billing data: maximum six (6) years from the date of collection.
9. NEWSLETTER
Browsing the Website for the User the acceptance to receive from the Company is likely to send, or its service providers, by e-mail, commercial information allowing him to better know the Services published and operated by the Company (“the Commercial Information“).
The Company reserves the right to use and communicate personal data to third parties, in particular to market research firms or survey institutes, exclusively for research and analysis purposes, or to third-party companies in the context of commercial offers, whether or not sent by e-mail.
